We accept a limited number of engagements per quarter. The ratio of operator-hours to account is kept deliberate. Volume is the enemy of craft.

Every decision of consequence is written down. Positions, doctrines, and forecasts are authored, signed, and filed. The record is the deliverable.

Engagements are led by a named partner end-to-end. You will not be handed to a junior team after signature. The person who sold the work ships the work.

Jonathan Landman — Founder & Principal.

Jonathan Landman is the founder of Wiele Group. He writes the house positions, operates the larger engagements personally, and signs the work.

A practitioner of SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, and AI Search Visibility, he has architected growth programs for heritage houses, premium advisory firms, and a selective roster of founder-led brands across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

His thesis is plain: the brands that win the next decade will win inside the answer. Everything else — rankings, impressions, clicks — is residue.
